Its Lincoln Park Bloods and apparently if you go down there saying LPP can put your life in danger. Also I dont know much about SD hoods but I do know the Offarel Park is Piru I believe.

Like I said I'm not familiar with SD B's & C's at all for the most part but from what I know Lincoln Park dropped the Piru years ago in the 80's over the Skyline beef.
