Anytime there is a gang claimin LA down here, there's guaranteed going to be beef with the locals since they are considered "outsiders".

Yea they got a click called Spruce Street Locos in the north end of Bloomington almost in Rialto. They always claimed West Los but the other day I think I saw them write IE but Im not for sure on that, thats a big maybe.

That's more understandable. Gotta rep where your at, not a place 50 miles away. There's a few LA based gangs that have setted up here in the IE...but you won't ever catch them claiming LA...that would make them look weak or like a bunch of dick riding posers.
