Kimo was a damn beast in his day...i remember he broke Hoyce's ribs and forced him out even though they still gave the match to Hoyce

I agree. It would be much more entertaining.

My idea has always been make a seperate belt for the fighters willing to fight any weight. kind of like an anything goes belt. lol.
But I don't see someone like BJ Pen Having a chance in hell against someone like Lesnar...Even though I think Penn is way more skilled as a mma fighter, I just don't think it would be enough against someone so big or strong like Lesnar.

what i appreciated so much about the OG UFC is the fact that a fighter had to fight more than once and sometimes these went for a long ass time...and yet they'd have to fight again till they are the champion. I suppose their is too many fighters now for this to ever happen again. Imagine the stamina. You're 180 and fight a guy 160 who loses but still gave you a good fight. Then you gotta turn around and fight someone 210lbs and wear yourself out even more to advance and fight another guy and so on. To me, that specifically places a huge emphasis on your will and heart not just your muscle. I like machido because he stays true to his art even though he can go on the ground. Call me nostalgic i guess, i just appreciate seeing a certain style and how it works as oppose to the ground and pound of today.
