back in the day you didn't have no black hood in rialto. it was always pphg or 5x's or some los angeles black gangs

Very true. In the 80's besides 5x, PPHG/CCC transplants. It was all black transplants from other areas. Primarily the Hoovers. In the 90's it became more diversified.

So which hood(s) out there in rialto these days can be considered a "we are from here, born and raised" type of gang? Because i cant recall any of them claiming IxE out there.

shit as far as a black hood went...no one. I went to rialto in 92' when it first opened up. you had la, w/s ie, but no rialto. Now in 95/96' Tre Roc started up...the homie Mike was one of the originators of that. but thats about it. I do remember something called 25 mafia but i think they were more with noe luv than anything else.

There's a few nobody hoods like No Cutz that push IE. And most Rialto blacks are with it on that end. The transplants even get acclimated to the idea after a while. 5x is either or, and there is plenty of 5x cats who claim Rialto and of course push IE to the most.

I'm resurrecting an old thread with this, but I've recently learned that the Cornell's have been around since 1992 which would make them the first Rialto black gang, and they ride with the IE car in prison.

Noe Luv came around 1993/1994, then came Tre Roc. I'm not sure how far back Ramona Bloc goes, but I know they have been around since the 90's.

That just sounds strange. On,y because I went to Rialto and Ike for all my high school years. The probability of me not hearing them is close to nil. Now if it was like 4 or 5 of them and they layed hella low? Maybe so.

Don't know. This is first hand information from one of the originators of Cornell Block. 1992 was the date I was told.

Okay, just curious because every time i see someone from there write it out online, its always two c's (Blocc) and no ck when spelling BLOCK, feel me. That's typically something crips do so i was just wondering. Probably just an individual thing. It's all good. Good looking out!
