Two wounded in Highland shooting

Two men suffered gunshot wounds at an apartment complex in Highland on Wednesday evening.
San Bernardino County sheriff's deputies came to the 25000 block of Base Line about 10:30 p.m. on a report of gunshots being fired.
They found two men who had been shot in the parking lot of the complex, sheriff's officials said. Stray bullets also penetrated two occupied apartments, but no one was injured.
