From what I understand, Rubidoux PJ's is Riversides largest black hood in terms of numbers. Also alot of the blacks that were in that area have left to other states or the high desert areas.

Explain to me how being 500 strong is "only"? LOL. That's far larger than a majority of hoods. As far as Rubidoux and their blacks go, just like the East side their used to be alot more blacks in that area 15-20 years ago.
