San Bernardino teen killed in Pomona

POMONA – A San Bernardino teen was killed in a Saturday afternoon shooting.
The man was killed at 4:30 p.m. At the 1200 block of Cromwell Street, according to a Pomona Police Department news release.
Police initially believe the incident to be gang related, according to the release.
Pomona police Lt. Ron McDonald said he could not identify the teen as they were looking to identify his family.
McDonald said he did not believe the shooting was connected to other recent Pomona shootings.
The Pomona Police Department received a call of shots fired in the Cromwell area and when they arrived they found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, according to the release.
Los Angeles County Fire Department officials responded to treat the man but he died on scene, according to the release.

It could also be that he was from Pomona originally and had a San Bernardino address, but it's also possible that he was really from San Bernardino as well. Who knows.
