Super sets are good sometimes to help break thru a plateau or just to save time or burn more calories.

Yes sir I have noticed that! Bout to do it for 3 more weeks after that get a good fat burner and start cutting

Don't have a bench press at the moment, so I got me a sturdy backpack, stuck two 40 pound rice bags in and threw it on my back while doing decline push ups. Works like a charm. I just need to figure out how I can add more weight to it. 

I'm starting to realize that having weights/equipment isn't always necessary if you can improvise.

Yeah I've done that in the past. Weighted push ups are good too. It works the body a bit differently than bench press but it's very effective.
