Looking For Some Info On Mugsy Empty Looking For Some Info On Mugsy

First off please let me say I am very sorry to the families who lost their loved ones. I am just trying to find some information on someone who was called MUGSY from Bassett Grande back in the 90's. It was said he killed 2 guys in Bloomington in 1993. He served 19yrs in prison. Any info would be greatly appreciated Thanks.
