It isn't just "Thirties Crip" cap, it isn't exclusively for them. A lot of gangs most likely wear that hat. Each cap ever made has tons of gangs identifying themselves with it.

Regarding the TC hats, it just depends on where you are. In LA area, the TC is almost exclusive to either Tongan Crips, or Thirty Crips. People assume you from either if they see it so if you aint from either one, you'll catch THEIR beefs in traffic. rule of thumb on the streets, kinda like the North Carolina Hats (NC). If you aint from NHC or affiliated, you shouldnt be wearing it. As far as the streets go, otherwise people assume.

yeah, i've noticed alot of younger homies of different hoods that start with N be wearing those hats past couple years. Ontario NAW's wear that too.
