4. Colton
5. Between Ontario, Fontana and Riverside
8. Mira Loma, Glen Avon, Muscoy, Home Gardens, Moreno Valley, Perris (if you can consider IE) and Highland
15. Montclair, Corona (because it's a big city and if it's considered IE) and Chino
18. Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Lake Elsinore (if considered IE), Yucaipa
22. Redlands, Loma Linda, East Highland, Grand Terrace and Chino Hills (because of Los Serranos)

Muscoy has alot of spill out from the surrounding areas. You got DisneyLand, Delmann Heights, Little Zions etc...all on the borders of Muscoy. So spill out activity there at times can be more or less like any other SB area.

not on these anymore..gets old.

People should say what exactly active means to them.

Active just means shit is going on. more activity more stuff happening regularly. Just because one city is more active at any certain time doesn't always mean the actual gangs their are more notorious..Like MoVal might be more wild than Colton because of the mixed up people there, but it doesn't mean Colton hoods are more soft or less active. I look at Colton like certain parts of the SGV, where hoods are old and established. With not a whole lot changing, everyone has their side. So the city may not be as kaotic as a city like Rialto but the actual hoods in Colton already have their established hoods and respect.

This is silly. Pulling up statistics to prove which place is "harder" is completely worthless and even ignorant. "PAPER'D_UP" no one has said that Moreno Valley is a nice place, but for folks who come from traditional cities (meaning cities who were established in the very beginning ), Moreno Valley is looked at as an outpost city with no real solid traditional, historical established hoods or varrios. Moreno Valley is a place that was built in relatively recent times and it continues to grow as more move in, bringing with them there gang affiliations. It's not to say that nothing ever happens out there as that would be a false and ignorant assumption to do so. Really the whole basis of what is being said is that in Moval you have "hoods" but these hoods don't look like traditional city hoods, you have gangs out there claiming territory in tract homes, etc..Also you have to consider in the fact that a very large portion of Moreno Valleys activity is attributed to outsider activities. Look at sex cash for instance, you have dudes from all over representing in their, LA, IE and everything in between.

I myself don't think MoVal is a bunch of punks and I don't doubt one bit that it gets active out there. But my point was that crime rates don't always mean everything.

You really don't know what your talking about. Real solid traditional, historical established hoods..lol.. The city that really has a L.A real solid traditional, historical established hood is 1200 Blocc in Riverside they are on the ECC card. Other than that if your banging crip or blood in the I.E your just like Mo Val...Outpost to the Real solid traditional, historical established hoods.

Do you see the irony in the post you made or what? Any of yall see it or is it just me? No... it can't be just me.

Real solid traditional,historical established hoods..lol..

Did you even understand what was meant about traditional and established hoods or have even the slightest clue as to what it means? I have to assume you don't based on this ridiculous post.

1200 Blocc in Riverside they are on the ECC card.

Card huh?....LOL. Good one.

The city that really has a L.A real solid traditional, historical established hood is 1200 Blocc

So Riverside gangs are apart of Moreno Valley now? When did this happen? Shocked The mention of traditional hoods in the previous post has your mind warped, your confused. This shit rite here is out of sink on so many basis that a whole paragraph of break down wouldn't help you in anyway. Ignorance can't be bliss, if it were more people would be happy.

Other than that if your banging crip or blood in the I.E your just like Mo Val

Oh.. is that so?... Your alluding from the fact that cats have been part of hoods and banging (in the real era of gang banging) since long before Moreno Valley even existed as a city, hoods were already in full effect when Moval was nothing more than an undeveloped piece of desert in no mans land. NO so called hood in Moreno Valley has roots with cred pre-dating before the 90's. NOT one of those new wave hoods out there has history with credentials to place it among the bigs in the traditional cities.

Simply put, Moval is and will continue to be the outpost city with much outsider activity, that's what it's known for being period. Nothing more nothing less. From the outside looking in, it's a general consensus.
