I'm not sure of the actual name but whatever happen to 12th st Colton gang? or whatever lol are they active in Colton?

Ruthless 12th Street is a gang based in Colton. Originally they started out as a tagger crew in the early 90's (maybe even late 80's?) called Ruling The Streets. They put in alot of work in the IE, and are regarded as one of the first generation IE graffiti crews. They gained alot of fame and also alot of enemies along the way. They were down with other hard hitting IE graffiti crews like PI (Pure Insanity), and SAN (Stopping At Nothing) and TWK, I may have seen them hit up with Riverside's A2K before too (another hardcore tag-banger crew All 2 Krazy). They had major beef with CFK Chosen For Krime (based mainly out of West Side Berdoo), and TM Total Madness, Troubled Minorities (based mainly out of East San Bernardino and Highland), and also with RUH Respect Us Highly (with chapters in LA, Ontario, and San Bernardino). At one point RTS was featured on FOX 11 NEWS UNDERCOVER with Chris Blatchford, covering a story about a temporary truce between RTS and North Side Colton. Eventually RTS went from graffiti crew to tag-bangers to its own varrio. Which is based in the East Side of Colton, although RTS is not a part of the gang ESC. Their hood is near the Colton Municipal Park on Mt. Vernon, near 12th st. The closest major intersection is like Mt. Vernon and Valley. They haven't been as high profile in recent years but they definitely hold down their area. In the early 90's they were a huge force. Im sure they are still recruiting though.

I remember that segment in the news about RTS and NSC trying to truce, or atleats keep it cool. I wasnt sure if they (RTS) were their own hood or just a clique of ESC though. Thats a good back story on them, i appreciate that.

Maybe in the early 90s when I was a young'n they were out there, but since ive been out in the streets never ran in to these cats,
im sure theres some 24 years old from RTS tweaked out hittin up on gas pumps out there on their way to go have a scante fest in some garage

Realistically if your in the east side of colton, your gonna fall into a tagger crew like KSA, ABD, or 26T or your from ESC HANNA st.

RTS is not recruitin anybody, aint nobody tryin be from that, lol

Sometimes, for some reason. RTS 12st hits up walls near Meadowbrook in SB. The few times I been by 12st in Colton, I could not spot any RTS hit ups at all. I seen all ESC x3 everywhere.

Yeah, I've noticed that too. I think at least one of them lives in that neighborhood over there a little East of Meadowbrook, just North of 3rd Street, West of Ellis and Airport Liquor. I see RTS tagged up over there all time, sometimes tagged up real big too.
