Jerry Buss is cutt-throat. Honestly though, I feel kind of bad for Mike Brown. But this is probably the best decision management could of made right now. Apparently, they're scouting prospective coaches right now. Mike D'Antoni, Jerry Sloan, and Phil Jackson are the main names coming up right now. Let's see what happens.

Despite reports that Mike D'Antoni had knee replacement surgery and will be sidelined up to six weeks, sources tell ESPN.com's Marc Stein that if hired by the Lakers, he is expected to be available to coach within 10 days to two weeks.

i think they were joking about van gundy lol....but the general consensus is that if jackson dont take the job its gonna be d antoni...
