Creekside kind of reminds of South Ridge, (though SR is actually pretty trashy in comparison) a place that was built with low income residents in mind and aside from the outer appearance not really that great of an area at all. Also I remember seeing someone mention something about there being supposedly million dollar homes over there, there isn't ,not even close. 250K is the average home cost around that area.

THE AVG INCOME IN CREEKSIDE IS AROUND 83,000$ FAR FROM LOW INCOME...AND THE AVG HOUSE COST IS 400,000-500,000 NOT 250K...SR HOMES ARE FRM THE 80s WHEN CREEKSIDE HOMES ARE ALOT NEWER YOU CAN TELL IF YOU DROVE THRO THE AREA VERY FAST.

It's called downfall and recounts the last few days of germany's role in world war II, primarily from the perspective of hitler's stenographer. Bruno ganz, who plays hitler, does an excellent job.
