GOT YOU HOMIE...NA IM NOT SURE ABOUT THE INTER WORKINGS OF UPLAND VARRIOS BUT FROM THE PIC I SEEN THERES YOUNGSTERS IN OUTLAWS BUT THEY COULD HAVE JUST BEEN THERE WHEN THE PIC WAS TAKEN...BUT OGs IN OUTLAWS WOULD EXPLAIN WHY 9th,ULO,AND UGT ARE COOL WITH EACHOTHER.

WELL FROM WHAT I HAVE READ ULO HAVE BEEN AROUND SINCE THE 50s OR 60s THEY ARE FROM LOW INCOME HOUSING THAT WAS THERE SINCE THE 50s...I MEET A VATO FROM ULO AND HE WAS IN HIS 60s SO THEY BEEN AROUND FOR SOME TIME.

Outlaws is a mix of g's from Los Olivos, and Ghost Town. When they bang together, they are "Outlaws 13". I dont think they are unified with anyone else in upland. Younger and older age G's.

Is 9th Street really a hood? And i never heard of northside upland, where are these hoods at? Where's Southside Upland hood at? Are you familiar with what "W/S UPLAND MS13 IE" would be? I seen that hitup once in upland, on benson/8th. Naturally, i'd assume it was Mara Salvatrucha, but who knows...

THERES TWO 13st IN UPLAND ONE GOES WEST-EAST THE OTHER GOES NORTH-SOUTH, THE ONE THAT GOES WEST-EAST IS ABOVE FOOTHILL IN THE NICER HOMES THE ONE THAT GOES NORTH-SOUTH IS A LITTLE STREET OFF 9th ITS RIGHT IN UPLAND "GHETTO" THATS WHERE I LIVED FOR SOME TIME, MAYBE THATS THE 13tH STREET YOUR HOMIE WAS TALKING ABOUT IF SO THEN ULO HOOD IS RIGHT OFF 9th.
