Rialto Cops May Have Had Sex While On-Duty With Strip Club Workers

Though it has not been confirmed if the employees of the Spearmint Rhino on Riverside Avenue were strippers, it has been confirmed that Rialto officers were involved with them. One club worker, 37-year-old Nancy Holtgreve, met Officer James Dobbs when she was a server there, and claims she had sex with him " three times last year at the Rialto Police Benefit Association's union hall after she left work and while Dobbs was on duty."

Though there are beds at the union hall, they are there for use by officers between shifts or off-duty as a benefit of the dues they pay. These allegations have prompted funding for new locks and a surveillance system to be installed at the facility.

Holtgreve says she came forward after becoming fearful for her personal safety when "Dobbs allegedly abused and threatened her after she demanded he pay child support for their three-month-old son."

All other parties involved or implicated, from the police union to the Spearmint Rhino's CEO, say they were not aware of the allegations. Meanwhile, 4 officers have been put on administrative leave as the investigation continues.
