I just do a few stretches and about a minute or two of jumping jacks. Post work out is more stretching than anything else. Works for me LOL

At least I don't get DOMs anymore.

Well, I'm officially fucked. Was doing some of these pre-workout stretches and my back went out. I can barely walk now, it's impossible for me to arch my back, and even laying down brings pain.

Old man problems....

Just normal stretches, nothing extreme. I bent over to stretch my hamstrings and suddenly felt an intense sharp/shooting pain in my lower back that literally knocked me to the ground. I squirmed around in pain for a few minutes and then got back up. The pain intensified during the night, but I don't think it's all that serious, probably just a back strain.

Maybe you got tight hip flexors.. Almost everybody does, anybody who sits in chairs or car seats.

Well, I do spend a lot of time doing office work, so I'm sitting down for extended periods of time.
