Untalked About Gangs In The IE

There are many hoods I've seen all over the internet when researching the history of specific parts of Riverside County and San Bernardino County. Usually, I find lots of hoods that I've never seen talked about on the internet, or very rarely, and no one has ever dropped history or information on them.
