I'm not sure if Tackie(Blackie) is signed to Hi Power but the fag does rap with them. I think he's wack but honestly he's better then anybody that rap label has ever had. All their music is garbage, and ruin perfectly good samples with their simplistic flows. Big Lokote is by far the worse chicano rapper of all time. Sleepy Malo was pretty gay. There is some pretty solid Mexican Rappers from Florida you should check out though. Some fag posted their videos on thehooddownK and I can't lie it was legit.

What pissed me off the most about mr capone e and hi power was how they continue to create cheap ass beats no matter what..it's bad enough the rap sucks and they only get good beats if it's sampled.

I tend to agree, Big Blacks is one of our most worst Chicano Rappers; if he'd only speak of more decent stuff, rather then boasting about nonsense.
