Any of yall remember that one song by Debbie Deb?? I forget the name, but she had it big for a while after that song turned out to be one of them one hit wonders.
We always had the older joints playing when I was real young I remember the Isley brothers, Marvin Gay, The chilites, etc...Then it was the P-funk era with George Clinton, Zapp etc..Then Run DMC , Rakim, dana dane then you had NWA, King T, MC Eiht etc... shit I listened to a little bit of everything back then.

I've always been a fan of Marvin Gaye. "Got To Give It Up" has got to be my favorite. Rakim too, obviously (Paid In Full) LOL. That new song he has out It's been a long time is not bad for some newschool shit. What's some good Freestyle music that yall know of?

Yeah, that "Tired of being alone" song by Al Green is also one my favorites from him. I think I really started liking it after I saw that movie "Dead Presidents"...that's a real cool movie right there! Love and Happiness is also another good cut from Al Green.
