The original name of the neighborhood has always been known as Okieville for decades...that's OLB's hood so they added the Lazy part and took out the Okie (those folks from the South who gave the neighborhood the name are long gone) part, hence Lazyville.

LOL....Where did you get that picture Heuro? Tear Drop Locos used to be a tagging crew in Chinatown, now they are a gang. There's always been back and forth gunplay between them and the OLB's for quite some time.
