I been kind of thinking that MTV videos and awards are almost irrelvant nowadays, compared to how MTV used to be in the 90's..for someone to always be getting angry like that over an award. Maybe its just me? How important is an MTV video award now? I been hearing how music vids are at an all time low as far as being important.. now with the internet, youtube and music downloading.

True, especially since they barely show videos anymore. Just shows and junk. The real music isn't on MTV anyway. At least not music that talks about reality.

I read that he was seen drinking henessey and was suspected of being drunk. Ever since his mom died, he's been on some extra-terrestrial shit. But, thats no excuse to do what he did. However, I find it suspect the way mtv cut to a shot of Pink and then cut to kanye perfectly as he approached Taylor. I certainly hope that it wasn't a stunt that went horribly wrong

And from what I understand, MTV is loving this shit because it really does sound like the MTV awards are irrelavant ass hell now. Most people had no idea it was on or wanted to watch it till they heard this happened. so it helped MTV get some attention again for a minute
