This is the Re-released version of "Why We Bang" originally released Feb. 2007. Due to loopholes in the Patriot Act street gangs, there members and associates have been labeled as "Domestic Terrorists", and are being prosecuted for gang involvement whether active or not... In an effort to prevent this documentary from being used as evidence against them and retaliation from rival gangs, we the producers of this film have removed the names and affiliations of the participants.
