How I keep my shooting hand from moving?

Hello
I just started to practice shooting the proper way. But when I shoot my shooting hand keeps moving in different direction making my shot very inaccurate. Any tips on trying to keep my shooting hand stabilized.That make easy to learn.Thank You.

Fore arm curls......use a short solid stick, tie a string around the stick and tie a single weight to the string. Use only your wrists to curl the weight up, repeat same motion to curl the weight down.....( get your mind out the gutter pervs)..... Laughing

upgrade to a 50 Caliber Barrett LOL nah but if your a beginner holding your gun strong and the correct way does play a huge roll when trying to prevent your gun from moving to much when shooting
