Kay 9nine cracked again

The feds doubled up and hit Lil Mike Denmon, aka Kay 9nine the diamond in the dirt, with another fed case about a week and a half ago. Mike was named in Operation Barber of Seville back in May but managed to bailout. Just to make sure, the feds doubled back and hit your boy with 11 new counts handed down on a year old grand jury indictment charging him and 8 others with "managing and control the sale and distribution of narcotics in portions of San Bernardino and Riverside counties." The actual charges include possession with intent to distribute and distribution of cocaine and cocaine base in the form of crack cocaine. For all you hard heads understand this, these charges in addition to carrying a potential life term, subject all related properties subject to seizure under criminal forfeiture laws. In this case that includes not only all accumulated toys, but any property including primary residences, investment properties and secondary addresses. To make it plain, the indictment charges drug sales were made from his moms residence in east Highland which makes her home subject to seizure even though she wasn't named in the indictment. If that isn't enough to drop a strong man, his brother Markese aka Black was also charged in the case.

Its going to be a long tough fight as the evidence obtained includes wiretaps and the use of a confidential informant who made purchases during the investigation. So stay true to yourself and recognize this is 2010 not 1983. You might win for a minute but I've yet to see anybody draw a pension from the streets. In addition to Michael and Markese, the feds drew Ervin "E Luv" Hampton from the Heights into the mix. Some of you knew "E's" son Jamal aka Lil block or Mally Mal. Other locals hit in this round included Walter Wheeler and Demetrius Howard plus a few of Mike's desert homies from the Indio, Palm Springs area.
