my grandma josephina ramirez died yesterday at age 104, hope i dont live to be that old but i love her and regret butting heads with her and if any of u pray, if u could include her in your payers that would be cool cause she was a bible thumper through and through

Had a grandma that made it to 97, don't know if it's good genes, or just a smart lifestyle - probably a combination of both. Anyway, to worsloks, sorry for your loss.

I saw some interview somewhere in the deep south with some old ass black guy who lived around 100 yrs old. all his neighbors did as well. they asked what he did to live that long. he said he made sure to drink whiskey everyday and smoke alot of cigars lol. the main difference though was the little stress he had in his life though. he had no worries and was always happy. so what i got from that was that stress has a very big impact on your health.

i heard that too except it was some guy from newyork who smoked, drank wine and ate bacon fat and fried bread or something like that
