My goal is to gain back the muscle I had a year ago but this time with less fat. Going to do it the smart way this time around instead of stuffing my face with any source of protein and carbs every few hours I'm going to eat clean. The main goal is to get my blood sugar in the normal range. Six months ago I was in the diabetic range and its slowly been going back down to normal.

Plans are to get back to my fighting weight 225-230 waist size 36. Seriously I was working my ass to be a male exotic dancer or gigolo!! LOL
One time I bought a medium t-shirt and I was actually able to wear the damn thing! lol

hahaha. Yeah but now I'm kind of skinny now but I'm trying to gain mostly muscle weight this time instead of muscle weight + fat like I did last time I did weight lifting.

I hear you weight lifting kinda gets you bloated for some reason if you dont add core training and all that crazy shit to burn the fat.

Im probably the worse out of all of you before I got my illness I was 200 lbs then I my medication I got stimulates my appetite I gained 80 pounds in a matter of 4 months since that medication has been shit since then now I weigh 340 I want to be 200 again gonna be hard with the fucking pills if i wasent sick and didnt eat pills Id have a job a car and maybe even a girl but w/e ill keep trying all I can do.

I think it has more to do with diet. People do all kinds of crazy bulking phases where they stuff their faces with protein and carbs, or just eat as much as possible to gain weight but they gain a lot of fat with the muscle..
