Re: San Bernardino murder
Well Thats two in two days with maybe two, three blocks seperating them in the same area. Things have leveled off pretty drasitically this year with all the new Operations and Police floods through out the city and what not. Summer is here and this heat only makes things worse though.

SAN BERNARDINO - Erin Thomas said her younger brother Arthur Calloway was playing with her two children outside of her home Monday night when two men pulled up to her curb in a vehicle.
One got out of the vehicle and fired two shots near the home in the 1500 block of North F Street, Thomas said.
One shot missed, the other hit Calloway in the chest.
Moments later her brother staggered into the house saying, `I'm hit,' Thomas said.
"We just told him to keep breathing, and he said, `I'm trying, I'm trying,"' Thomas said.
The 23-year-old man died of the gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead when paramedics arrived.
Calloway is the 21st homicide victim in the city this year and the second in as many days.
On Sunday, Marvin Lee Williams was found dead in his home in the 1300 block of North Sepulveda Avenue, also the victim of a gunshot wound.
On Tuesday, police said the two shootings are not related, said Lt. Scott Paterson, the department's spokesman.
"So far, it's basically been a lack of cooperation," Paterson said. "We're hoping that somebody will call detectives and give up that information."
Neighbors said the area around the F Street location was swamped with squad cars Monday night and into Tuesday morning.
One neighborhood resident said police remained on-scene until 5 a.m.
Thomas said her home also came under fire by gunshots on Father's Day.
She said her
brother had gotten into trouble in the past but was working to turn his life around.
Calloway did not live with his sister, he was from the Delmann Heights area, Thomas said.
"He did everything he could to help me and to help his nieces and nephews," she added.
No suspects have been identified in the shooting
