Highland man arrested for alleged prostitution ring that included 15-year-old girl

HIGHLAND
- After going to a home for a domestic violence call Sunday, San
Bernardino County sheriff's deputies arrested a man accused of being a
pimp.

Lawrence Gunn, 27, of Highland was arrested following a short investigation at a home in the 6900 block of Argyle Street.

During the investigation, authorities said they discovered the case of child prostitution, they said.

At the home deputies learned that Gunn might be an alleged
pimp of three girls and the victim in the domestic violence call was a
15-year-old girl who told authorities she was one of his prostitutes.

According to a sheriff's news release Gunn would arrange clients.

Gunn allegedly profited from each arranged meeting and would
occasionally give the girls some of the money earned, authorities said.

The girls were provided room and board at Gunn's house as part
of their compensation for their services, according to the Sheriff
Department's release.

Gunn was booked at San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department
Central Detention Center and is being held in lieu of $100,000 bail.

I see 15/16 year old girls getting flipped all the time on Baseline in San Bernardino. A while back they did a raid on the hoes over there and one of them was only 13.
