Khalfani Taylor (17) was shot and killed in an alley
A 17-year-old boy was fatally shot in an alley in Gardena, a sheriff's deputy said Saturday.
Khalfani Taylor of Fontana was shot in the 14700 block of Chadron Avenue about 11 last night, according to the coroner's office and Aura Sierra of the Sheriff's Headquarters Bureau.
Witnesses told detectives they heard loud noises coming from an alley and later found a man with a bullet wound to his upper body, said sheriff's Sgt. Edmundo Hummel.
Taylor died at the scene, Hummel said.
before i read this in 08 it was a while since i had seen him. he was a down ass homie.
