I mainly go to trader joes for the sweet potatoes though. lol

The sweet potatoes and yams at most regular markets are either disgusting/look like they been sitting there expired for weeks or don't have enough.

But as far as the meats, veggies and fruits go, basically the same at any super market.

We goto trader joes as well just for sweet patotes. I prefer going to wincos though. Or cosco just because I like to have huge packages of Food.

It depends. Conventional meats come from animals injected with hormones and are fed a bunch of crap they aren't supposed to eat. So the idea being that eating a sickly animal is not healthy. Some people claim this isn't harmful to eat but I honestly don't know. So I usually stick to the all natural meats when possible. Organic meats are even more expensive then the all naturals. So I go the moderate route and get the one in the middle.

Also trader joes carries those grass fed Lamb steaks. I love those. lol. But they're expensive so I only buy like one per week or every two weeks.

I usually do the majority of my health food shopping at Clarke's nutrition and natural food markets. There's one here in downtown Riverside off of Market street, and also one in Loma Linda off of Barton and Mt view, for those of you that are interested. They sell ALL organic products, health supplements, vegan based products, fresh produce, etc....I highly recommend it.
