An Infowars listener posted this video of the recent Los Angeles Police Department’s Counter Terrorism and Special Operations Bureau live-fire drill in Los Angeles. The drill involved LAPD officers repelling from police helicopters onto city streets, firing blank ammunition at pretend suspects while taking cover behind armored vehicles.
LAPD conducted the drill in conjunction with the National Homeland Security Association’s conference at the Bonaventure Hotel in downtown Los Angeles.

Red dye explodes as a pretend suspect is shot by the Los Angeles Police Deaprtment SWAT team during a drill involving a response to threats of a weapon of mass destruction on June 6, 2013 in downtown Los Angeles, California. The realistic counterterrorism drill began with an explosion with law enforcement officers firing blank ammunition at pretend suspects as police helicopters with sharp shooters were flying low among downtown office towers.

Nobody injured. They were firing blanks. It was an exercise, but on a large scale and in public.

These kinds of drills, especially when they're large scale in size, always make me a bit concerned. : :interesting

It's more of a 'conspiracy' based concern, but many of the past and more recent events like the mass shootings, bombings, etc., have been preceded by some kind of drill(s).

Man, these drills looks like something straight out of a Hollywood movie. If I stumbled into that area while this was happening, I would believe something was actually happening.

Yeah, kinda strange how they have these sort of drills for the public to see.
