Miller hearing date scheduled for Jan. 15

A judge set court dates Friday for Mike Miller, the former Operation Phoenix center manager charged with lewd acts with a child and possession of child pornography. Miller has pleaded not guilty.

Miller will have one hearing Jan. 15 and another hearing on Jan. 20 at which a judge will decide whether there is enough evidence to go to trial, said Deputy Public Defender Sam Knudsen.

Miller, who was arrested in July, began working for San Bernardino's parks department in 1999.

How are they tryna stop the crime goin on in San Bernardino when the whole force is corrupt. They need to have a war on police, then maybe they can start actually makin real changes in the Dino. With managers of the operation doin things like this kno wonder we have such a high crime rate every year. More worried about gettin sum ass that he needs to be staying away from then savin somebodies life. That's sum fine protecting and serving.
