ah but you see, world cup did not start this month.. no sir, world cup started happening two years prior to the finals which we know as the world cup.. a whole two years prior, all the teams of the world nations start competing for the last 32 spots.. the 32 spots that go to the final rounds of the tournament.. world cup started two years ago my boys.. and if world cup started two years ago imagine how many fouls and penalties do you think occurred? in all those games played and in all those countrries.. how many do you think? you think we would of needed two years or more? 2, 3 or 5 just to get to the 32 teams finals? how many more hours or tic tocs to finish each game? how much more money needed for technology to be implemented in each country in order to review plays? you really think a little country like gambia or guatemal has the money to spend on that kind of technology? do you think people in far out places can spend more cash for their tickets in order to pay for such technology? do you think that more air time for a game comes free? and do you really think that high endurance, and fast paced game like futbol will actually do better if its continuity of ball play is interrupted everytime someone fakes it and drops down just to ice the ball? instant replay is good for the commercialist way of life like the kind that the usa thrives on.. we got the money and technology in place, but most others don't.. and that right there would be an unequal forum.. it would turn soccer into like the olympics.. the olympics where all the big powers with the money are the ones who take the gold all the time!!
