Great choice, I would add Pino Donaggio, Lalo Schifrin, Howard Shore, and yes... John Carpenter.

'Everybody hates Chris'.....I know its a sit-com(situation/comedy) but the music that accompanies the show is pretty good....especially for a TV show....IMO.....
