Yeah thats the truth. For many it could be a new opportunity being as its a new area for them a new city, possibly a new beginning. Thats all it really is, a new chance to leave behind whatever problems they may have had/habits.

But, thats only if they have the strength to do so and carry on, even if it still is negativity surrounding them, they dont have to continue. If they not familiar with they surrounding they riding solo, aint no need to do whats still around, whether its still there or not. Certain scenarios will prevent that from happening though.

What I meant with the phrase from the "frying pan into the fire" is, that most will continue that lifestyle instead of just separating from it . With the same lifestyle and the obvious outsider presence this will put them into a potentially worse situation with the locals and their "new" city

It's a cold thing to move to a new location thinking it's a better life for yourself when it only turns out to be the same or worse.... But much of it comes from the mentality and focus of the person looking for that better/safer life. In my experience, ALOT of what you go through on the streets directly comes from your attitude and the way you look. Your appearance. And of course, the company you keep, determines the trouble you'll meet....

Another thing to note about Fontana is that its not just the city of LA moving into it but also everything in between. Even fools from Ontario, Chino, Upland, all over the SGV have moved to the area. Just that LA is by far the biggest and most populated so its the majority

Yea he kicked with fools from LA. I don't think he was "taking LA's side" just that he was one of the only fools from IE and it wasn't his city so it didn't matter. Alot of fools from CSR moved to Fontana to and other IE cities.

i was chillin down in south fontana today with some of the homies and we were chillin on date street off of merril in some apartments with some black fools. it seem active up in there tho. they was tellin me they jus got shot up the other night. does any body know wats up with that area?
