Eastside IE Ganster Crips

VICTORVILLE • An alleged Crip gang member accused of shooting and killing a rival gang affiliate at Karma Nightlife in November is headed to trial.

After a preliminary hearing Wednesday morning, Judge Lorenzo Balderrama ruled there was enough evidence to hold Joseph Ray Rice, 29, of San Bernardino for trial.

Rice is charged with the murder of 26-year-old Delvon Williams, with being a felon with a gun and with street terrorism. The prosecution also filed gun and gang allegations against him. If convicted, Rice could face more than 75 years to life in prison because he allegedly has a prior strike.

The victim was at the nightspot on Nov. 20 celebrating a birthday when he became involved in an argument with several people, San Bernardino County Sheriff’s officials said. Witnesses saw Williams throwing Blood gang hand signs, Detective Joshua Moody testified Wednesday.

Rice, who belonged to I.E. Gangster Crips, felt disrespected and shot Williams, Moody said.

My mom told me that he went bacc to jail but I aint kno he killed somebody. I'm surprised that club is still open. I went there a few years ago and it was nothing but dudes from hoods everywhere. With all the drinking and set tripping going on, it's a recipe for disaster.

There's quite a few IFGB in Rialto and to a less extent on the east side of SB, active ones too. The IF's back in the Wood know all about this incident and what's happened between SB hoods and they homies through the years. They have most SB hoods on their "K" list. But of course, they don't have any turf in SB.

They're like the PDL's. Got a good number of them scattered through out various spots in Rialto and the east side but no turf, yet they've ran into major funk with hoods like PPHG, DHB, CG's, 5x etc.

Ifgb don't got no Ie gangs on they K list.. It be personal if anything they don't go on arbor vitae and cross out Ie gangs lol they got enuff fuckin problem in they hood

I never said the IFG's in Ingewood did. I did state that the ones OUT HERE, have animosity with SB gangs. I was pretty clear in making the distinction, or at least I thought so.

Next time you see an active IFG that has been in the mix in the Rialto/SB area for a minute, ask them how they feel about the hoods I mentioned.
