TEAMS THAT ARE OVER FOR YEARS TO COME.
What are some of the teams that have been strong for the past years that look like they have lost all steam and drive to make another run for a title?
My list.
1. Suns
2. Spurs
3. Maverics
These teams seem like there on root to a head on collision with disaster.

i agree with the suns...
spurs...im not sure about them...if they make some offseason moves and get younger they can be a force...
mavs...see this one kinda bothers me....cause ever since they lost in the finals to the heat they havent been the same...i hope we dont turn out like them....

Re: TEAMS THAT ARE OVER FOR YEARS TO COME.
Anyways that isn't possible with the Lakers, where far to young and talented, the Mavs are starting to show there age.
Re: TEAMS THAT ARE OVER FOR YEARS TO COME.
The Spurs are going to have to completley revamp that whole team with new blood if there going to remain anytype of a force.

yeah i think that Lakers and Blazers will be the big ones in the west in the next years to come they both got talent and they are both very young teams they both got future all-star centers Lakers got Bynum and Blazers got Greg Oden LAKERS will always be number 1 for me anyways even if they loose

LOL. The Lakers have already established themselves as one of the very best, if not the best with along with Boston of course there is no question marks about the Lakers.
Re: TEAMS THAT ARE OVER FOR YEARS TO COME.
damn LAKERS are already well established as some of the best and they are still getting better and better that must be scary for all of the other NBA teams Lakers will be winning titles and more titles maybe they will be the next team to win 4 or 5 in a row who knows i think the celtics did this in the 1950's and 1960's but im not sure

I believe the lakers and celtics will meet on a annualy basis and will make a new "old" rivalry.
Re: TEAMS THAT ARE OVER FOR YEARS TO COME.
i think they won 9 in a row lol. but thats probably impossible in todays game. lakers have room to improve without a doubt. boston is probably as good as theyll get at this point. dont sleep on utah either. that dude deron williams is fuckin sick. and boozer is real good too when he decides to show up.surcalmex wrote:damn LAKERS are already well established as some of the best and they are still getting better and better that must be scary for all of the other NBA teams Lakers will be winning titles and more titles maybe they will be the next team to win 4 or 5 in a row who knows i think the celtics did this in the 1950's and 1960's but im not sure

Re: TEAMS THAT ARE OVER FOR YEARS TO COME.
The Celtics should have the same life span as the Lakers do, which would be 5 or 6 more years with 4 of those years being their prime. As for the Lakers once they get that interior presence they will be the toughest outing for any team because of the frontline up, and im sure the staff will work something out this summer. I personally think the Celtics can play a little faster and run more than they have. Utah will definatley be a major force, as they a great perimeter and interior game.
