the thing is tho ontario fluctuates alot...same with riverside...

in the 80s and 90s ontario had a high crime rate and averaged more murders than it does now...and last year it spiked also....

riverside is the same way too...all thru the 90s it was a pretty dangerous city specially the es...cb etc

and then in the early 2000's it got bad again too...but the last couple years its calmed down...

That's what I always thought about Torrance...I used to drive all through there and never noticed any real "ghetto's". So is the Harbor Gateway the only area (associated with Torrance) that is considered ghetto? And where exactly is Harbor Gateway?

Ghetto is kind of an extreme word to describe an area..don't you think? Not just with Torrance but most areas..
