Holy shit, it doesnt even seem like that long ago, i was still in high school then and I was guessing it came out after high school because I clearly remember playing Vice City when i was like 16 or 17 and even that don't seem too long ago. shit 06 to 2013 was like a lightspeed of time for me.

2004 seems like it was ages ago to me. I didn't play Vice city until like 06', and I skipped GTA 4 because it looked so wack compared to the others, but I ended up playing it a couple years ago on PC. Oh, and I played GTA 3, too, around the same time I played VC.

So anybody here playing on Xbox Live? I'm tired of rolling solo, it makes it hard to complete team missions when your team members are random idiots.

i just joined one on there, but i do all the missions solo anyways

How you do them solo? Don't some missions require at least a few team mates? My skills suck right now but that shit is addicting..

I'm pretty sure you can do them solo so long as you don't join your crew. Join the game alone, don't go in with your crew. 

I'm still waiting for these assholes to add the Heist missions and the new DLC.

Well for example, there was that one mission where you have to repo like 5 cars, and you can do it alone but its a pain in the ass. Way easier with more members.

Yup.

Cotdammit, going into some of these missions alone is a terrible idea. I keep getting destroyed in those "last man standing" games, and it takes forever to find other players if you don't go in with a crew first. I don't think the online portion of this game was geared towards playing alone.

That online stuff is kinda boring to be honest.. lol

I have no fucking clue what to do and shit I mean I'm stuck with a cheap ass pistol shit sucks
and when I race im driving a slow ass car shit is hard I prefer story mode better

later on tonight man we finna team together and see what we can do..

all my homies on psn be lagging it and shit, they on that COD bullshit

Lol. I'm addicted to online play way more than the story mode. I like it, but it would be better to play with peoe you know instead of having to team up with strangers. 

As far as weapons, you just need to keep playing and doing missions and you'll start unlocking more guns and making more money. I've earned 55,000 !! Lol

All there is is just deathmatch and racing ?

Is there like gang wars like GTA 4 had or cops and criminals and stuff like that?

Goddammit, I just got killed 9 times in a row by some asshole named "Cypha_Dwg", I'm only a level 6 and have shitty weapons but this dude is over here in a big ass monster truck with machine guns and rocket launchers coming after my ass. And the way this game spawns you, it's almost like they want you to keep on dying. On a side note, I keep on robbing the shit out of those liquor stores. Also, I noticed they gave us the stimulus package today, I got 500k into my account, but I can't even buy any good weapons since they require higher levels. 

@Cali, there's gang mode, and a bunch of other stuff. They're going to be adding new content periodically. You need to finish the tutorials in the beginning, that's the boring part. Once you finish that, you should get involved with a crew and then you can start doing missions together and all types of things. It gets super fun once you know what to actually do.
