honestly i have a problem like i started seeing results in my upper
body but i ate alot so i got kinda fat in my stomach which i didnt
want .. you think if i jump rope before every workout this would burn the
fat.??
and anyone recommend any supplements

Might just need to adjust your calories lower to aviod exess fat gain.
Cardio of any kind will help but calorie intake will determine how much you gain or lose.
The harsh truth is that muscle builds extremely slowly in a natural trainee. 2-5 pounds per year if you do eventhing right.

Top ramenK, shit has WAY too much sodium. 1,500 grams a pack. Top Ramen = empty carbs and salt.

Grass fed Bison/beef liver, kidney, heart and tongue, white rice, sweet potatoes, lamb steak, chicken, whole eggs, nuts & seeds, whey protein, dark chocolate,vegetables of any kind, fruits( bananas, berries), fish ( tuna, sardines, salmon) with skin and bones, beef tallow, beef jerky, beef, beef, and more beef.
