Re: ESTABLISH LA/LA COUNTY HOODS
No real LA city/county hoods, an apartment complex yes, a REAL soild hood no. At least never in San Bernardino. I don't know how its out in other cities.
Re: ESTABLISH LA/LA COUNTY HOODS
Compton Flats in ontario, and Cuatro Flats in mira loma both got streets, as far as i'm aware. PPHG in East SB too, no?
Re: ESTABLISH LA/LA COUNTY HOODS
PPHG is a San Bernardino hood Jae. They push San Bernardino East hard and have been doing so for many many years. They may have started out as a migrated hood from the city, but they landed they hood in SB early/mid 80's. CCC and PPHG also been tight for years. Strong connections/Relations.
Re: ESTABLISH LA/LA COUNTY HOODS
The ONLY outsiders/hood as far as black gangs go, that have managed to remain in SB is the Hoovers, mainly 52, and some 94's, but they been in the area for over two decades now,a large majority where pushed to the Eastside areas.
They have a strong hold in the Sterling ave/East SB/Highland area. We covered some of that in the "SAN BERNARDINO" topic. Peep it out.

Good to know...
Re: ESTABLISH LA/LA COUNTY HOODS
Maybe i'm looking at this topic under a different light. When i was thinking about L.A. gangs that have turf in the I.E., i immediatly started thinking about L.A. g's that have created hoods out here and are established. My bad...
I cant think of any L.A. gangs that have their original hood name out here that have turf. They usually dont keep the same hood name, but i guess "Hoover" can be named one. The ones from rialto kept they same name and got a hood dont they?

Re: ESTABLISH LA/LA COUNTY HOODS
They not even really over there in these recent times. That Jackson street Rialto era of the Hoovers is some 80's and 90's shit. They basically all disappeared after the early 90's, and left for other areas or if they stayed with in the area they moved into Highland/deep Eastside San Bernardino on the border with Highland.
Getting started
Man not to many transplant hoods have lasted unless they establish themselves in Rialto or the Eastside of San Bernardino. You can't just move into a community and start elbowing fools out the way cause you from LA or somewhere else. Fools out here ain't giving a f--k where you from. Now if you come out showing love and respect then you can get love and respect back but you ain't finna step out of line and start whoofin no blah, blah, blah and think it ain't gonna be on and crackin. Check the books, every last fool that came out here on the Westside thinking he was superman ended up down on 5th street. Really the only areas that have been open to this kind of incursion has been the areas where you didn't have a large concentration of established hood activity. When the Main Streets came out here they moved over off Sepulveda, Why? Because it was unincorporated in terms of activity and they wasn't steppin on nobody toes. When they got they nuts in a bunch look what happened. Tragedy. Same goes for the Bounty Hunters, Gangsta and Grove. The only people who got love was the ones like the homie from Avalon Ozone who came out and got down with the business. The homie (Keemo) Rip from PDL, Ritchie Rich from nine-9 who was raised out here for the most part and a few others. All the others who felt it was the god given task to test the waters out here ended up in a twist literally up near Cajon blvd. I'm not saying there hasn't been exceptions but that is just what they were. Exceptions to the rule.

Re: ESTABLISH LA/LA COUNTY HOODS
Keeping it real. To add on to that, I will say that just about every hood from the city (LA) and every where in between has had at some point in time its touch with San Bernardino niggas/ese's alike. And I mean just about every hood who has had fools relocate and spread out. Which ever hood it is. You name it, they all been through here at one point in time. Some gave love got love in return and got down. On the flipside MANY ended up at Pioneer or Mt.view or shipped back to where they came from in a box. Thats not to say that it was never no loses on this side cause it was and more than a few at that, young and old. But what alot of the outsiders failed to realize was that this is the hometown, you cant step on to many fools toes with out having to deal with the wrath of it after words.
