Yeh the homie lil toot used to come by everynight and let me hear it before it was even released. I think it was called Adapt, Migrate, or die. who do u guys this the best rapper form the Ie is.....in my opinion i Think Lil Black and Lil sicko is.

not to be a hater but hell naw, those two are by far not the best ie rappers. best Black rapper would be Sly Boogie easily
Chicano i would have to give it to Payaso I guess, cant really think of too many chicano rappers from the ie beside myself that are tight,lol. I think hectic is better than both blacky and sicko but I will say that somebody please by blacky is one of my favorite songs in general, just dont think that overall hes that good and cant think of any TIGHT songs by payaso or hectic.
