Whats RBS 13?

Like 4 or 5 years ago I saw a huge old english RBS 13 hit up on the big wall by the tracks by Meridian and Rialto ave. Didn't think much of it at the time. But seen it again recently, and even saw someone on myspace claiming RBS 13 but didn't see what it stood for. Just that their location was Rialto.

I very much doubt WS Rialto is connected with 18. They hit up 666 Locos but never seen them write XV3, 18st, X8, Eighteen, LA etc. Its always WSRialto X3 IxE or Triple Six Locos.

I really don't know. ES Rialto, NS Rialto and SS Rialto been on the map for years long before 2000, I didn't hear of no WS Rialto until long after 2000, thats when it was hit up everywhere. But I really don't know for sure. I just never knew anyone who heard of them before.
