Lets not get things twisted here, I'm in no way saying Rialto is not a place that gets active. Rialto does indeed get active, in most cases much more so than Ontario, why? Because of how the gang layout is set up, nothing else to it. Ontario has one real gang thats active and thats OVS. So there is no way for it to have that level of violence or activity. Rialto is much smaller than Ontario but usually has more things going on and killings happen more frequently due to the gang layout. Homicides are more in Rialto. but thats not the point of where this topic is supposed to be heading.

I for one found his comments both amusing and ignorant at the same time, but bringing in the whole dangerous cities shit is pointless. I didnt want to come across like I'm denouncing Rialto as being dangerous because in certain parts it is. Rialto did have years in the early 90's where it did have a relatively high murder rate ,infact I think in 1992 it topped out at around 40 which was obviously bad since it only had around 85,000 as population at the time.
