FONTANA SHOOTING!!

Man, 19, shot in doorway of Fontana home

A Fontana man suffered a gunshot wound to the arm when another man came to his home Sunday and opened fire through the front door.
The gunman came to the home in the 8600 block of Tamarind Avenue about 3:30 p.m. He asked for a person who did not live there, police said.

The 19-year-old victim told the man he didn't know the person. The man at the door pulled out a handgun and fired multiple rounds into the residence through the metal screen door.

He ran from the scene before police arrived.

The gunman is Latino, 18 to 25-years-old and wore a blue baseball cap with the letter "F" on the front. He also wore a dark shirt and shorts.
