I was WRONG. Colton STILL has a larger black population than Onxnard, in terms of raw numbers.

Onxnard black population - 2.5% of 197, 889 = 4,947.225

Colton black population - 10% of 52,154 = 5,736.94

So I doubt that their black gangs are, or can reach, the size of CCC or a similar sized gang, basing that on logistic improbabilities alone.

the stat I found said six thousand and something. But I can't remember what the year if it was recent or not
