WS Bloomas 13 controls the Numbered Streets in Bloomington. On maps I think its called Crestmore or something. The other side of Bloomington North of the 10 fwy near Rialto is a different area. thats where different gangs pop up like Varrio Vista, WC X3 and a few others.
