Re: Creep Life continues..
An Inland Empire man pleaded guilty Tuesday in federal court to making child pornography after he filmed his sexual conduct with a 13-year-old boy who lived near his residence, prosecutors said.
Pedro Ruiz, 33, who police say also goes by the name Peter, entered his plea to one count of production of child pornography, which carries a minimum penalty of 15 years in federal prison.
“Children are the most vulnerable members of our communities, and we are devoted to fighting their exploitation by predators like Ruiz,” said U.S. Attorney André Birotte Jr. in a statement. “Congress has determined that lengthy prison sentences are warranted when people like Ruiz victimize young children.”
As part of the plea agreement, Ruiz admitted to producing sexually explicit videos and images of a 13-year-old boy, who lived a few houses away, in 2009.
In addition to that boy, FBI agents identified two additional victims. The San Bernardino County district attorney’s office then charged Ruiz with 23 counts of lewd acts upon a child, alleging he molested three victims, including the one in the federal case.
That case is still pending in San Bernardino County Superior Court.
Based on additional photos and videos found on Ruiz's computer, authorities believe there may be more victims. Anyone with information is asked to contact the FBI at (310) 477-6565.

Girl escapes suspected kidnapping attempt in Fontana

Fontana police are looking for a man they suspect tried to kidnap a 14-year-old girl on Tuesday.
The victim, a Rancho Cucamonga resident, was waiting for her mother at the corner of East Avenue and Day Canyon Drive in Fontana about 3:30 p.m. when a motorist pulled alongside her.
The driver asked if she needed a ride. When she declined, the man told her he would hurt her if she didn't get in his car, police said.
Another motorist stopped behind the man and honked the horn because the man was blocking traffic. He drove away, and the girl's mother arrived a short time later.
The driver is described as a heavy black man who is 40 to 49-years-old and has a shaved head. He wore a black and gray T-shirt and drove an older four-door vehicle. The vehicle did not have a front passenger seat or back seats, and had dark purple carpet.

Angel Enrique Martinez-Campos, 20, of Fontana was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure. He was booked at Azusa jail and released early Thursday morning after posting bond for a $35,000 bail.
Azusa police said the man admitted to committing similar offenses in other areas. Police didn't name the other locations and didn't release a description of the suspect's vehicle.
The alleged indecent exposure happened at 4:25 pm in the 800 block of East Silver Maple Drive.

A corporal responding to the call saw a vehicle leaving the area which matched the description of the suspect vehicle. The officer pulled over the driver who was later identified by the victim, Madaloni said.
Martinez-Campos allegedly admitted to additional acts of indecent exposure and/or lewd conduct in other locations, according to police.
Madaloni said Azusa police will be contacting the other law enforcement agencies that cover those areas. He didn't say if one of those areas was South Pasadena.
But a similar incident happened to a woman walking her dog in South
Pasadena on Monday afternoon.
South Pasadena police said a man in a red Kia followed the woman, pulled up alongside her and exposed his genitals. The car was last seen northbound on Arroyo Drive toward Pasadena.

Sgt. John Madaloni said a woman was walking her dog when a vehicle drove slowly by.
"The victim looked toward the driver and saw through the vehicle's window that the driver's pants were lowered and he was masturbating," Madaloni said in a statement.

Re: Creep Life continues..
RANCHO CUCAMONGA - A girls softball coach will be held to answer to 13 counts alleging he committed sex acts with two underaged players.
West Valley Superior Court Judge Richard V. Peel made his decision Wednesday following testimony of a San Bernardino County sheriff's detective who investigated the girls' reports.
Abiathor Stephen Mejico of Rancho Cucamonga is charged with four felony counts of sexual penetration with a foreign object of a victim under 18, five felony counts of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor more than three years younger, one count of oral copulation with a person under 18, and three misdemeanor counts of sexual battery, according to court records.
Prosecutors say the sexual contact happened when the girls lived with Mejico for a time.
One of the girls, known in court as Jane Doe 1, claimed Mejico forced her to have sex with him - among other things - San Bernardino County Sheriff's Detective Lynn Silvey testified during the preliminary hearing. The girl said the contact happened between August and September 2011, when she was 17 years old.
The other girl, identified as Jane Doe 2, started playing softball for Mejico when she was 12 years old and continued until she was 18, Silvery said.
From late 2010 to the summer of 2011, when she was 16 years old, Mejico committed sex acts with her, Silvey testified based on the girls reports.
When asked why Jane Doe 2 continued to live with Mejico while those things were going on, Silvey answered, "She looked at him as a father figure. He had done a lot of things for her family. She felt she had an obligation to stay there."
Jane Doe 2 told Silvey there were three to four incidents when she would fall asleep and wake up to find the defendant kneeling on the floor next to her, touching her.
"There was one incident where she pushed his hand away but he came back. Another time when she closed her legs he was able to open her legs back up," Silvey testified.
Both girls lived with Mejico so they could go to a better high school and have better softball opportunities, Silvey testified. But the incidents did not overlap.
San Bernardino County sheriff's deputies learned of the case when they responded to a disturbance call on Sept. 30, 2011, at a home in the 6200 block of Taylor Canyon in Rancho Cucamonga.
While there, deputies learned about the accusations.
Mejico, who denies the charges, was arrested that October and released from custody after he posted bail.
He was present and out of custody for Wednesday's preliminary hearing and is scheduled to be back in court in February.
In addition to being a travel ball coach in Rancho Cucamonga for several years, Mejico was also a teacher's aide at Pomona High School, according to authorities.

Re: Creep Life continues..
FONTANA -- Authorities arrested a 65-year-old woman here late Wednesday morning for alleged sexual abuse of a young girl nearly three years ago.
Kathy Guijarro of Arleta is accused of committing a lewd act on a girl younger than 14 on April 3, 2010, in Fontana, according to a complaint filed by the San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office on March 11.
The complaint states the woman willingly committed the act upon the child for the intent of arousing the sexual desires of Guijarro and the child.
Guijarro was arrested Wednesday at a home in the 5100 block of La Sarre Drive on a $250,000-arrest warrant, according to booking records. She posted bail and was released Thursday.
Guijarro runs the Guijarro S. Daycare, in Arleta. When contacted by phone at the center on Friday, a woman who identified herself as Guijarro acknowledged there was an arrest on Wednesday but would not comment on the case. She also wouldn't say if her day care was still operating.
Though charges were filed in the case, no court appearance has been scheduled, according to court documents.
Court records also show Guijarro was first arrested in this case in 2010. It wasn't clear why a complaint wasn't filed until nearly three years after the alleged crime took place.

Officers arrest a Fontana man believed to be a 'Peeping Tom' who was allegedly in possession of child pornography
Published: Monday, April 1, 2013 10:18 AM PDT
Officers have arrested a man believed to be a “Peeping Tom” who was allegedly in possession of child pornography, according to the Fontana Police Department.
On March 29 at about 3 p.m., officers who were assigned to the Rapid Response Team conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Locust and Orange.
They discovered that the driver, Robert Romero, a 27-year-old resident of Fontana, had an outstanding arrest warrant for prowling and/or peeping. Romero was arrested for the warrant.
As the officers initially approached the vehicle to contact Romero, they noticed that he was holding a cell phone and appeared to be deleting items from its memory. Based on the information and their additional investigation, the officers obtained a search warrant for his vehicle and residence.
While serving the search warrant, officers located several photographs which appear to be depicting child pornography.
Romero was arrested for the warrant and several additional charges, including prowling and possession of child pornography. He was booked at West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga.
This investigation is ongoing. Anyone with additional information regarding this case is encouraged to contact the Fontana P.D. at (909) 350-7700 or anonymously at (909) 356-TIPS. http://www.fontanaheraldnews.com/articles/2013/04/03/news/doc5159c0b86da2b382822547.txt

FONTANA: Man on probation arrested in rape
An ex-inmate who had already been arrested four times in the 12 months he’s been on probation is back in jail after Fontana police say he violently raped a woman in a motel.
Juan Francisco Aguilera, 30, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 2, at the Skyview Motel, 17468 Valley Blvd., and booked for investigation of rape, sodomy, participating in a street gang and domestic violence, jail records show.
“The victim, who knew the suspect, had gone to the motel with him, and sometime during the evening the two had … an argument,” Sgt. Bob Morris said in a written statement. “During that time, the suspect forcibly raped the victim (who) was eventually able to leave the motel and contact police.”
Officers learned that Aguilera had been released from prison to county probation officers as a Post Release Community Supervision offender, according to the statement. He has prior convictions for auto theft, drug possession, receiving stolen property and robbery.
Aguilera most recently was released from prison after serving time for dissuading a victim or witness, the statement says.
In the year since, he has been arrested four times for “uncooperative conduct” with probation officers. As a result, he was jailed twice for 10 days each, once for 60 days and once for 90 days.
San Bernardino County probation officials noted that was the “maximum type of sanction allowed” under realignment, a state program intended to reduce state prison overcrowding by transferring some inmates and probationers to county supervision.
After Aguilera’s most recent release on March 25, he reported that he was homeless, but remained free after probation officers locked a GPS monitor on him.
Fontana Police Chief Rod Jones said in a news release that Aguilera’s case highlights the problems of criminals re-offending under the realignment program.
