Man Gropes Women During Prayer Session
A man groped a proselytizer as they prayed together in a Fontana park, police officials said.
The 18-year-old woman walked up to the man at about 10:30 a.m. Monday, Sept. 22, at Jack Bulik Park and invited him to her church, a Fontana Police news release stated.
The two decided to sit on a park bench and pray together. While the woman had her eyes closed, the suspect began touching her. The victim opened her eyes and discovered the man had pulled down his pants, the release stated.
The victim dialed 911 and started to run away, but the man caught her, pinned her down and threatened to hurt her if she did not hang up. The victim hung up, but then she was able to break free and run away.
The man chased the victim until she reached another person. The woman then called 911, the release stated.
The suspect was described as a Hispanic man about 19 years old, 5-foot-8, thin build with brown eyes and brown hair. He was last seen in a thick black-and-white plaid long-sleeved shirt and black shorts. He has a rosary tattoo on his left hand with a cross tattoo on his chest.
Officials asked anybody with information to call the anonymous tip line at 909-356-8477.

Police are looking for leads in the investigation of an indecent exposure in Fontana.
A woman and her 3-year-old daughter were in her vehicle at 9:56 a.m. Sunday at a Starbucks in the 11200 block of Sierra Avenue when she noticed a man sitting in the adjacent vehicle touching himself inappropriately, a Fontana police news release stated.
The woman called police but the man drove away before officers arrived. Police searched the area but turned up nothing, the release stated.
The man was described as in his late 30s or early 40s driving a gray 2000 Scion.

FONTANA >> A Yucaipa man who was allegedly caught peeping into the bathroom of a Fontana woman while she showered, was apprehended by neighbors and arrested by police.
A 57-year-old Fontana woman noticed the 54-year-old — identified by authorities as Ronald Davis — peering into her bathroom in the 16200 block of Ramona Avenue about 9:45 p.m. Friday, according to Fontana police.
“Ronald Davis has been peeping into the location for years and we have 3 past reports on him,” said a police statement. “A few weeks ago he was caught peeping into the location and was chased by neighbors, but got away.”

When the woman saw him Friday she called for her husband who stepped outside to confront Davis while the woman called police, according to police.
Davis allegedly assaulted the husband and ripped the phone from the woman’s hand, breaking the phone and causing her finger to swell.
“Davis then threw concrete statues at the victims,” police said.
When neighbors came outside to investigate the ruckus, Davis took off running, according to police.
“Neighbors chased Davis around the block where he was eventually caught,” the police statement said. “Davis decided to put up a fight, which he lost.”

Davis weighs about 180 pounds. Fontana police listed him at 5 feet 8 inches tall, but booking records suggest he’s 6 feet 1 inch.
The residents held Davis until police arrived.
He was given medical treatment at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton before being booked into Rancho Cucamonga’s West Valley Detention Center on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon that isn’t a firearm, according to police and booking records.
Bail was set at $50,000. He’s expected to appear Wednesday in West Valley Superior Court in Rancho Cucamonga.

WOW!!!! 50,000 dollar bail... I'm speechless... I currently have a good friend of mine that is in jail for the first tine in his life, and has a bail amount of 750,000, and there are creeps like this that could get bailed out for the price of a penny. Gross
